Seed has become one of my favourite places to eat in Dungannon, which is kinda weird if you've seen a picture of me and then understand that all Seed sells is healthy stuff.
Sitting in I do like to get the Sweet Sesame Chicken salad, which is totally munch, or the Buffalo Chicken Salad (with rice instead of the quinoa that comes in it as standard, but that's only because of my personal prejudices against quinoa).
Another hearty recommendation from myself is the Oh My Duck salad, with added red chillies because sometimes the following morning Mint Tea Tree Original Source in the shower isn't enough of a tingle to wake you up.
You can get your dish as a salad bowl or as a burrito and they are all made freshly in front of you, and as someone coming from a Food Hygiene background I'm always happy to see the salads being mixed in individual stainless steel bowls to avoid cross contamination... sorry, that got a bit more professional than I normally behave.
If you're getting the salad to go, say to make your work colleagues jealous the next day, the team are happy to provide the sauce in a separate wee tub so that the ingredients don't go mushy overnight in the fridge.
If you're getting an order to go you can order through their website for collection at a time that suits you, which I found to be very handy during the worst of the lockdown during the Covid Pandemic, just call to the door to pick up your salad from the team with a smile in their eyes because the masks hide everything else.
The Anytime Oats and the Acai Berry bowls are munch too.
And they don't half make a good cappuccino, which I very much appreciate as someone still trying to convince himself that he has a future in writing.
A second location has recently opened on the Burn Road in Cookstown and I very much wish the team the best of luck with their new store.
